Junk Characters Regarding

HI Team,

While pushing the data from Salesforce to MySQL we are getting the following error message from a Skyvia. But the particular field is a text field in Salesforce, so, it can be accepted special characters, but the error is showing like incorrect string, can you please  guide us to resolve this issue

Incorrect string value: '\x96 VK S...' for column 'subject' at row 1

Hello Sakthi, 

Please make sure, you have enabled the Unicode option in Advance settings block of your MySQL connections. 
Please inform us if it helped.

Hi Olena,  Yes, it was enabled utf8mb4 characterset.. anything i need to update

Hello Sakthi, 

Please make sure the Unicode setting is active in your MySQL connections in Skyvia. 
As we can see, currently it is inactvive in all available connections.
Please do not forget to save the connection after selecting the check box.
