Load is not running - business critical

Hi - My ZohoCRM replication task has stopped running since Mar 27. Don't understand the reason as there is not any log that I can see. 

this is critical for business. Please advise

(1) how to fix

(2) what's the issue

(3) where to see the logs in future to troubleshoot

Hi Ronak,

Thank you for contacting Skyvia Support.

  • Please try to open your Zoho CRM connection and click on "Refresh cache" as we can see errors related to the data mal-synchronization in the package log.
  • After that please open the package in question and in the wizard for tables editing choose "Resfresh", too.
  • After refreshing, please open the package log to troubleshoot the issue.
