Dear Support, 

 

I`m running import packages and I noticed that sometimes it stays for a few minutes on a QUEUED status. Is there a way to have it executed quickly?

 

Additionally, in an Import Package, I would like to filter from the source based on a Variable defined on another package (or a 2nd source). Would it be possible to pass the variable (or something else) through a Control Flow, which executes (1) Action to update the variable from Source#2, and (2) Runs a ImportPackage from Source#1 and filters it based on the variable from Action (1)?

Thank you for contacting Skyvia Support team.

As for QUEUED status, the package queue depends on a range of factors, it doesn't matter if the package is run manually or scheduled. We recommend you perform manual runs 10-15 minutes after the beginning of the hour as most scheduled packages start at the beginning of the hour.

As for the second question, please send us the detailed scenario with the examples of what you are trying to achieve so we can further investigate the possibility of achieving this in Skyvia.
