Every time we try to run a sync, it gives us: Lost connection to MySQL server during query. But none of our other db tools have issues and stay connected to the server for hours. The package run ID is: 9296190 .

We are trying to resolve an issue within the next few hours and it's detremental that we can use skyvia for it if we want to continue with your product.

Thank you!

"Lost connection to MySQL server during query"

Please try the following steps:

1. Increase the "Command Timeout" value for your MySQL connection. For this switch to the Connections page and click your MySQL connection. Then click Edit. In the connection editor click Advanced, and then set a bigger value for the "Command Timeout" property. Refer to: https://skyvia.com/resources/docs/index.html?mysql_connections.htm

2. Increase the values of the following parameters at your MySQL Server:

- max_allowed_packet

- net_read_timeout

- net_write_timeout

For more information, please refer to http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/server-system-variables.html

Hi Julien! As I can see, the last package run was performed successfully without the "Lost connection to MySQL server during query" error.

Please confirm that the issue is resolved.
