Magento ver. 1.9.0.1

I have done three backups and received three different results.  The first back up it had errors on 12 tables with the error of:
Error accessing web service. SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://crest.*******.com/index.php/api/v2_soap/index/?wsdl=1&wsdl%2F%24metadata=' : failed to load external entity "https://crest.*******.com/index.php/api/v2_soap/index/?wsdl=1&wsdl%2F%24metadata="

It failed on these tables:
ProductAttributes
ProductImages
Products
Regions
SalesOrderCreditMemos
SalesOrderInvoicesItems
SalesOrderInvoices
SalesOrderItems
SalesOrders
SalesOrderShipmentItems
SalesOrderShipments
SalesOrderShipmentTracks

I confirmed that the User was part of the Role that has Resource Access: ALL

The second run it has the same error on tables:
ProductAttributes
Regions
SalesOrderInvoicesItems
SalesOrderInvoices
SalesOrderItems
SalesOrderShipmentItems
SalesOrderShipments
SalesOrderShipmentTracks

I wanted to see if this would resolve more so I ran it a third time, I also ran a query on the ProductAttributes table which returned data successfully.  On the third backup, it had 7 errors instead of 8 and the ProductArributes table backup correctly.

I then ran a query on the following tables and did a fourth back.
Regions
SalesOrderInvoicesItems
SalesOrderInvoices

This time I received errors on:
Categories
InventoryStockItems
SalesOrderInvoiceItems
SalesOrderInvoices
SalesOrderItems
SalesOrders
SalesOrderShipmentsItems
SalesOrderShipments

I can't run any additional queries to help test since I only get 5 a day.

Setup and ran this on a second connection but getting similar errors on 15 of the 20 tables.  The error is Error accessing web service.

Thank you for the reply.

We have checked all these errors, these errors are internal Magento errors and they occur at Magento side. Usually, such errors occur in case if Magento server is not properly configured for working via API. Please contact your administrator in order to configure your Magento in a proper way.

Also, please note, computer with your Magento server must be fully accessible through the Internet.

The same recommendation is actual for this post https://support.skyvia.com/thread/request-does-not-match-any-route/

I have a hard time believing that this is the API on this ticket due to the fact that I can query all of the tables that are erroring and for the fact that it is not consistent between each backup.

Are there any tests that I can run on my side that confirm this?

(On the other ticket I can see it being a Magento Configuration issue).

I can query all of the tables that are erroring and for the fact that it is not consistent between each backup.

This depends on your Magento server's state. This could be some sort of network issue or confirutation issue. As we have said above, all these errors occur at Magento side and we recommend you to contact your administrator in order to resolve these issues with your Magento.

Unfortunately, there are no other tests/solutions related to such issues, etc., that we could recommend you to make in Skyvia.
