Hi,

I would like to update my mailchimp list with data from my datawarehouse.

In Mailchimp we have some custom audience fields. For example "company ID, Company address, ...".

How can I setup a connection that updates a Mailchimp list and also updates the custom audience fields?

Kind regards,

Hello Thibaut,

Thank you for contacting Skyvia Support team.

As we can see there is an error in your package related to the mapping ‘The property value '1ab406172c' has not a valid format.’ error means that an Id field was mapped to a ‘1ab406172c’ constant instead of a Target/Source Lookup Mapping.

Please try to configure a mapping to be like that in the package:

As for custom fields update, have you tried to implement it in your package? Were there any difficulties?

Please let us know if any.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Hi,

Thank you for your answer.

I adjusted the task but now another error appears:

"The specified lookup is ambiguous. Lookup must return at most one row for the specified lookup condition."

How can I solve this?

Kind regards,

Hello Thibaut,

Thank you for the update.

‘The specified lookup is ambiguous. Lookup must return at most one row for the specified lookup condition’ error means that the current lookup returns more than one record for the specified condition and it is hard to detect which record must be updated. Please note, for using Lookup mapping in UPDATE you need to have a column (or a set of columns) that uniquely identifies a record, other than the primary key or Lookup Column.

You can add another condition to your lookup by selecting + Add Lookup Key option.

Here is an example of how your Lookup settings can look like:

Please try to implement it and let us know what the outcome is.

 Hello Thibaut,

Thank you for contacting Skyvia Support team.

Such an error is returned by Mailchimp when the record for the update was not found.

Please make sure that the record that matches a filter condition exists.

Let us know if we may help you more.
