Mailjet Shopify Syncronization

I'm having some trouble getting the customer data from shopify to syncronize with mailjet. Even though it is listed as an option and I have established a connection to my mailjet, it doesn't appear as an option when creating a new syncronization. Is mailjet not supported with this? Is there an alternative way I can go about doing this?

Hello Katherine, 


Mailjet connections are supported only for packages, which use a new data integration runtime.

Make sure you select the Use new runtime check box on the tab bar in your package.
