I was testing out the Salesforce export to Dynamics. The built in map is missing the Salesforce Activity map to Dynamics Activities.

Do you have an example for mapping this SF object to Dynamics 365 using your mapping tool?

Thanks,

John

If we understood you correctly, you want to migrate the activities data from Salesforce to Dynamics CRM, specifically from the Task object (Salesforce) to the task object (Dynamics CRM).

Yes, unfortunately, we do not have predefined mapping for this scenario. In order to implement this scenario, you should perform the following steps:

1) Create new Import package with your Salesforce connection as Source and Dynamics CRM connection as  Target:

https://skyvia.com/resources/docs/index.html?import_package.htm

2) Add new task, select the source object Task (Salesforce) and then select the target object 'task' (Dynamics CRM):

https://skyvia.com/resources/docs/index.html?how_to_create_import_task.htm

3) Specify the mapping for all necessary fields (depending on your scenario):

https://skyvia.com/resources/docs/index.html?mapping.htm

4) Set schedule, if necessary: https://skyvia.com/resources/docs/index.html?scheduling_packages.htm

5) Save the package.
