Please be informed that as a part of our infrastructure optimization, we have migrated the server. Due to this, you might encounter issues with the automatic restart of agents (the Agent is running but the Agent is not connected error occurs in Skyvia). 

As a solution we suggest the following steps:

1) Restart your Agent.

if the above step does not help

2) Check that the IP of has changed: ping should return If not, please run ipconfig /flushdns and restart your Agent once again.
