Missing backups

Hello Support,

I noticed in my backups for July a period 21 days is missing across multiple backups. I have attached a screen shot of the missing time period. Any ideas what happened?

Hello Adam,

 

We have checked all 3 backups in your workspace and all of them did not work from the 6th - 7th till the 28th of July. 

 

Most likely, the issue is connected with the fact that the subscription was not paid in time and backup was switched to a free one and in this case, a package did not work on a schedule, the auto-clean option did not work as well.
