Missing fields using Connect with SugarCRM

When I run Connect and pull down our Opportunities data, there are missing custom fields.  In total, we have 105 custom Opportunities fields, but the resultant dataset contains only 76 of them.  Not coincidentally, the missing 29 were all created at the same time, as part of a customization done in March 2018.

I restored a backup file and looked at the opportunities_cstm table to make sure the fields were actually there, and they are. 

What is prevernting these fields from being included in the result set?

 Hi Tom!

Please specify the following:

- did you try clearing Metadata Cache of your SugarCRM connection?

- whether these custom fields are not available only in Connect? Can you see them, for example, in Query Tool or Export package?

- describe these fields, e.g. how they were created, their data types, names, etc.

OK, I tried the following.....

I went to the Connection and set the Metadata Cache to Disabled.

I put together an Export, and the fields are there

I put together a Query, and the fields are there

But when I refresh the data in my project using the EndPoint, the fields are not there.  

See the attached image for the missing fieldnames and datatypes....

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, we could not see any possible reason for this issue at the moment and could not reproduce it from our side. You should be able to access these fields via Skyvia Connect. We would be grateful if you answer these questions too:

1) These fields are not available on the diagram or they are missing when you are quering the data, e.g.,  https://connect.skyvia.com/xxxxx/Opportunities ? If second, could you please send us URL of your endpoint and give us access so that we are able to investigate its metadata and test it (if it suits you, send it by email). 

2) If exporting data via Export package, these fields are available and contain values, correct?

See my previous email.  The specific field I need (business_segment_c) is available in my export and via your Query page.  The ONLY place it seems to be missing is from my Endpoint.

I will send credentials via email so you can access the endpoint directly.
