We want to map the invocies from Mageto 2 to Zoho Invoice.
We are not getting how to use the tables to map as on Magento end it is not showing the invoice table.

Magento Invoices table does not have the required fields (Created/Updated timestamps) to support the synchronization.
Synchronization performs the integration in both directions, thus the tables should have these fields to track changes in both sources.
If these changes could not be tracked in some tables, these tables do not support the synchronization.
In this situation, you can try to use Skyvia Import Tool.
You can create the Import package, select Magento as a Source and Zoho as a Target, select the needed tables and set up the fields mapping
If you need to perform integration in the opposite direction from Zoho to Magento, you can create another Import package.
