Hello Davor,
Thank you for the email.
You can create an Import package to import data from the Dynamics Incident table to Jira Issues table.
Here are the links on how to create import package and import task in Skyvia:
https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/import/import-package.html
https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/import/how-to-create-import-task.html
To populate fields in Dynamics CRM from the newly created tickets in Jira, you can use our Returning feature of import packages. Note that this requires the package to use the new integration runtime (the Use new runtime check box selected in the package settings). You can read more about the returning feature here:
https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/import/how-to-create-import-task.html#returning-settings
In order to return the status of a ticket after the ticket is updated, you will need to create the second import package - in the opposite direction (from Jira to Dynamics) with the Update operation and the Status field mapped. In order to load only updated tickets with changed status, you may use source data filtering. See the following topics for more information:
https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/import/performing-update-and-delete.html
https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/import/importing-only-recently-added-or-changed-data-from-cloud-sources.html
https://docs.skyvia.com/data-integration/common-package-features/filter-settings.html
Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
Kind regards,
Nataliia
