I've seen some tickets from 2020 about adding the functionality for all users of a workspace to have access to queries/connections that I persoanlly create. The other tickets mentioned that this would likely be added by end of 2020 but I have been trying to do just that unsuccessfully.
I had created a db connection and a query via the webapp. Then on the google sheets add-on I logged in and could execute that query in google sheets. After this I had a collegue log in and install the add-on and login. He was given admin access to the shared workspace like me. However, he could not see the connetion or query I had created in the add-on menus.
Has this not been added completely or am I missing something in my setup?
