I would like to synchronize MySQL to ZohoDesk. I have an error when I want to do the data mapping. I can't save because I get a message saying that mappings are missing. What are the mandatory elements?

In case if you are trying to create a Synchronization package, mapping for both directions should be set up. Please see the links below to learn more:

Please note that the Synchronization package is intended for bi-directional synchronization. If you need to sync data in one direction, it's better to consider using an import package with the UPSERT operation that can insert new records and update existing records.
