I can't get the date to appear in the file name on my packages. I read where you can't rename the package so I changed it back to generic but still not working.

 Hi Becky,

Please specify the package name or its id so that we are able to check it.

We are looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,

 Hi Becky,

Thank you for your reply.

Both your Export packages are configured with the custom file names and, that's why the timestamp is not added to the result file name. Timestamps are added only in the cases when the default file name is used, i.e. the Target File Name field must be blank:

Best regards,

Mariia
