You have reached your Backup plan storage limits and, thus, your backup packages do not run by schedule:

Hello Tomer,
There is no problem with your Backup subscription, it is active. However, your plan provides 20 GB of Storage for your backups. Currently, you have reached this limit and need to free the storage so that new snapshots can be created. Note, that during each package run full snapshot is created.
