I started the backup of a very small (40MB) NetSuite instance at 9:42 AM local time and at 1:40 PM, it was still at 0.00 bytes and submitting thousands of requests to NetSuite and getting good responses. I just signed up for your subscription, but if this is the performance I can expect, I need you to return my money since this is completely unacceptable. thanks. Uday

I made the changes and it is no different, still getting many concurrency errors. If you dont have a real solution to this please let me know and I need Skyvia to return my money since obviously your system in incapable of handling Netsuite concurrency. thanks

Skyvia works with data sources via their API and is bounded by the sources API's features, limitations and capabilities. We recommend dividing the backup into parts and running them separately in time so as not to overlap, or you can clear the concurrency limit for Skyvia in NetSuite . I can not split my job up and I did speak with NetSuite and they said you are not using their APIs correctly because the response times on the requests are normal but you are flooding the requests pipeline without proper checking. Here are two of the snapshots that did complete, and it is absurd that on an instance that is less than 40mb total size, the start and end times are as follows:
- April 3, 2022 - started at 1:41 AM and ended at 1:42 PM - a fully 12 hours to backup 60,000 records!
- April 5, 2022 - started at 2
8 PM and ended on April 6 at 2:09 PM - again 12 hours.
I really need my money back since this is completely unacceptable and please dont send me any more ideas unless you guarantee that you take a full snapshot in less than 30 minutes.
Who or what do I need to do to get a refund?
