NetSuite Connection

I am using a trial and trying to connect to a NetSuite sandbox.  I am not able to select production or sandbox as part of the connection and get an invalid login -customer access is disabled message when I try to test my connection.

Is this error coming from NetSuite?

How do I specify production or sandbox (or do I)?

Is there something I should know about the NetSuite connection that I am missing to be unable to connect?

At the moment, there is no option for connecting to NetSuite Sandbox. We are working on this issue. We will post here the results as soon as possible.

We have investigated this issue. Currently, Skyvia determines NetSuite environment by AccountId value and there is no need to specify it additionally. The error you are getting comes from NetSuite and means that Web Services feature is not enabled for your NetSuite user (role). In NetSuite, complete the following:

1) Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.

2) Edit the role.

3) Navigate to Permissions > Setup.

4) Add Web Services, and then set to Full.

5) Select Save.

 

Try again.
