NetSuite Data Connection Inquiry

We are looking to pass information from NetSuite to Klaviyo. We already have both connections set up and tested. It looks like we might not be able to pull the information we need, but I wanted to verify. We are looking to pull the following from NetSuite.

  • Event #1 - Viewed Product Event
  • Event #2 - Started Checkout Event
  • Event #3 - Placed Order Event
  • Event # 4 - Added to Cart Event

Skyvia works with data sources via their API and is bounded by the source's API features and limitations. Skyvia does not support NetSuite fields, storing array data. Skyvia cannot extract data from such fields, and they are not displayed in the interface. If we understand you correctly, the records you need located in objects that are in Records Browser https://www.netsuite.com/help/helpcenter/en_US/srbrowser/Browser2016_1/script/record/calendarevent.html but Skyvia can only work with objects from Schema Browser.
