New Backup Service (SLACK) failing

Hi, added a new service to the backups - SLACK - . It took a long time to run the backup (1 hour) and produced many errors. I already opened ticket with SLACK but they say problem is yours. Can you help? Thanks.

 

Slack say you can contact them at feedback@slack.com to talk through this issue with them.

Thank you for contacting us!

The issue is related to the fact the Slack changed its API and seems to not support old methods anymore. We are working on updating our Slack connector and are doing our best to release it as soon as possible. We will definitely inform you when it is ready for use.

Hello,


We've updated the Slack connector.


Please note that you need to create a new connection to use the updated Slack API. The updated connector can be used in the new runtime only.

Backup functionality for the new connector is currently unavailable.



You can use all your previously created objects (connections, packages) as before. However, please note that the old Slack API is now deprecated.
