New Error on Sync

I recently moved my MySQL database and now none of my old Sync's work. Even when I create a new one with an empty MySQL table (and no triggers or data stores), I get this error "Unable to process your request. Plese verify whether you have entered proper method name,parament and parameter values."

What's interesting is that when I go the MySQL database, the data DID transfer, the triggers WERE created and tracking_store table WAS created and has nothing in it.

This error occurs at Zoho CRM side and requires further investigation. Please try the following steps:

- open your Zoho CRM connection and click the 'clear' link near the Metadata Cache parameter;

- try your scenario again.

If the issue remains, please perform additional steps:

- create new Export package with the 'WH Index' table;

- Save and run it. Whether the same error occurs?

If you are getting the same error with this Export package, please allow us to run this package in the test mode for more investigation.

We will run this package several times with extended logging. We will not have access to your data.

Best regards,

Mariia

I did the first two items and got a different error. I created a new sync for WHIndex and ran it (all triggers were deleted, as was the tracking_store table with the target MySQL table being empty to start). The system showed 39 records synced and no deletions but kept "Running" with the spinning gold wheel. After leaving it alone for a long time (2 hours), I finally refreshed the screen and saw the following error "Cancelled - Unknown error" (image attached).

I've checked the MySQL table and everything synced correctly, a new tracking_store table was created as well as triggers. I then ran the Sync again and got the old error - "Unable to process your request. Please verify whether you have entered proper method name,parameter and parameter values."

I went ahead and ran an Export and did not get an error. Both the Sync and Export packages are available in my account.

It's been several weeks. Any progress on this? or should I just bail on using Skyvia to sync my Zoho data to MySQL?

Hi John!

We have fixed this issue and plan to update Skyvia with the fix next week.

I will post here as soon as it is done.

Best regards,

Mariia
