New IPs

The note you guys put said that you will be connecting to our system using 52.190.252.0.  individual IPs can not end in 0 and in order to allow a network, we need to know the subnet mask.

This is a specific IP address - 52.190.252.0/32 
where /32 is a mask that indicates that this network has only one IP address.
