We have activated the new runtime via the checkbox "Use new runtime" for a package that uses a SFTP connection. This package is used to import data from a CSV-File on a MFT-Server to a Salesforce production organization. When the new runtime is not activated the import works. The following error pops-up when running the package while the new runtime is activated: "CSV file has invalid content or its structure does not correspond to the mapping defined in the package."

The configuration of the "Source Definition" in the Skyvia package for the CSV-file properties is attached-

Hello Christoph,

Old and new runtime uses different parcers for CSV files. The "CSV file has invalid content or its structure does not correspond to the mapping defined in the package." error occurs in cases when file is corrupted or incorrect separators are used for it. We recommend you after selecting the "Use new runtime" option open Task Editor and check that correct CSV options are set and all columns are correctly detected (columns list is full).

Best regards,

Mariia

Hello,

I checked the Task Editior and I tried several different Code pages but I still get the error although everything is displayed correctly in the Task Editor. What else can I do?

Best regards,

Christoph

Hello,

unfortunatetly I cannot provide you the CSV file as it contains confidential information but I have tested the import with a CSV file containing a different number of records. The import worked with around 500 records but not with 1000 for example. Maybe this helps to figure out the issue.

Best regards,

Christoph

Hello Christoph,

Thank you for your reply with the details.

Please clarify, if you split your CSV file into 2 pieces (two CSV files with 500 records) both CSV files are processed correctly?

Best regards,

Mariia

The whole file contains around 20.000 records. I have tested your suggestion by importing the first 1.000 records using 2 files containing 500 records each. The imports were successful except one record for each file that was not imported due to an invalid email. Therefore it makes no sense - to me at least - why a file containing all records leads to the above stated error message.
