Good afternoon, we have tried several attempts to make a replication between Zoho CRM and our MySQL db, however the query didn't return any results.

Could you please provide some information about it.

You can check the following run attempt - 33622847

Kind regards

Also run - 33615913

We got some of the data that we need. But some of the tables are just empty, even though we know there is data in it

Hello,

Thank you for submitting a ticket with us.

There is an error "Lost connection to MySQL server during query" on the package ID 91522 run ID 33615913. We would recommend setting Command Timeout to 0 in the Advanced settings of your MySQL connection in Skyvia.

If that does not work, increase the values of the following parameters in the configuration of your MySQL Server:

- max_allowed_packet

- net_read_timeout

- net_write_timeout

For more information, please refer to these links: 1 , 2

We did not find the run ID 33622847 under any of the accounts registered with your domain name. Please double-check the ID or provide us with the account that keeps the package with such run ID.

We are looking forward to hearing from you, should you have any questions.

Please check run number 33711796

We updated advanced settigns of our connection and increased value of parameters of our MySQL server, but it still didn't return any values.

Is there anything else we can do?

Hi,

Thank you for getting back to us.

We suppose the run Id 33711796 on the package 91722 showed 0 records because Skyvia counted previous runs and LastSyncTime was set to a later date time.

Please select "Create Tables" and "Drop Tables" options on the package ID 91722, then reset LastSyncTime parameter and run the package. Skyvia will drop tables and recreate them in the destination database and perform full replication from scratch.

Make sure to not start other packages at the same time to save an API limit from Zoho.

We are looking forward to hearing from you.
