I have three Merge fields in my mailchimp account name as MMERGE 1 / MMERGE2 / MMERGE 3 but I getting only 2 merge fields in my skyvia panel instead  of all.

Can you please look into this and resolve this so that I can merge all the fields.

Now I got two merge fields MMERGE 2 and MMERGE 3 in skyvia but cannot get MMERGE1, please let me know how can I get that field in mapping option

Hi Glenn,

Thank you for submitting a ticket with us.

Please select "Join All Merge Fields" parameter in your MailChimp connection details.

Also, select Merge Tag As Field Name check box in your connection settings.

More details about these options here.

Dear Glenn,

Thank you for the screenshots.

If different lists have merge tags with the same name (field label) but different type, default value, required setting, tag, etc., these merge tags are ignored regardless of the Merge Fields Behavior parameter.

Merge tags that have the same name for different lists must be the same in order to be available in Skyvia.

More details here.

Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us back.

Not be able to understand what you just replied to my question. It seems that skyvia does not have a solution to this problem right?

Instead of providing information regarding the default value, required string, tag etc you should have to provide some solution so that I can overcome this problem.

Can you please provide me better optimal solution of this problem or not?

Dear Glenn,

Thank you for reply.

Most likely, the issue is caused by the difference in merge tags from different lists.

For example, in one audience you have a merge field with the name "test_field".

And in the other audience there is another merge field with the same name and all attributes but it has different type.

Such fields will be ignored by Skyvia. The solution is to make these fields have no differences in name, data type, assigned merge tags, etc.

Please check all lists with similar fields and make them the same. Once done, it is required to update Metadata Cache on your MailChimp connection.

Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us back.
