Not receiving Email notifications of failed Upserts

I had scheduled an Upsert and set up Email notifications. Please see the attached image.


I was expecting an email notification because the file for upsert was not found by Skyvia. See the attached screenshot for clarification.

Could you please point out the reason why it's not happening?

Hello Tanushree,

Thank you for submitting a ticket with us.

There are no screenshots attached to the ticket but we suppose you are referring to the package ID 80500 with the error "Error accessing AWS. Error: The specified key does not exist."

Currently Skyvia can send email notifications in the following cases:

• When an integration package fails to execute completely (no records are loaded successfully).

• When an export package fails to export records from one or more objects.

• When a backup package fails to backup data from one or more objects or fails completely.

Even if multiple packages fail within an hour, Skyvia will send a notification only for the first one.

It could happen that the package ID 80500 was not the first one that failed that day and Skyvia did not send the email because of that.

Regarding the error we would recommend checking that a file corresponds to the specified file mask and is at the storage when a package starts.
