Hi there,

I'm having issue getting anything out of the odata connector.

When I test the connection, skyvia says it works but as soon as I try to use it anywhere, I get Invalid service root document.

I've sucessfully used this in other etl or can use it manyally with curl so I know the issue does not come from the source API.

Thanks

Hello Arnaud,

Thank you for contacting Skyvia Support team.

Please check your OData connection parameters:

The Server parameter value has to be specified in the following format only:

https://site/service-root (All service EntitySet are available) or  https://site/service-root/EntitySet (only one specified service EntitySet is available).

Url Parameters value allows specifying custom query string parameters for HTTP requests.

The value should be encoded as a part of a URL and have the usual query string format:

param1=value1&param2=value2&param3=value3

Please find more details about relevant settings here: https://docs.skyvia.com/connectors/cloud-sources/odata_connections.html

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Best regards,

Nataliia,
