I have connected and made my Datasource with OData v2 through skyvia.

when I access the link it is working fine,.

but when I try to access an endpoint for a particular entity I get a response in XML format even after I set the header to only accept "application.json".

is this feature not available in skyvia? or am I facing a bug?

Hello Joy.

Thank you for your waiting.

Our developers team clarified that v2 does not support format switching. Is it possible for you to upgrade to v4?

In v4 json format should be used by default.

If you need any additional information from our side please let us know.

Best regards,

Yevheniia Bilotserkovska.

i know odata v4 supports json format but i want odatav2 to return json data upon request

in the OFFICIAL documentation of odata-v2 it says "OData supports two formats for representing the resources (Collections, Entries, Links, etc) it exposes: the XML-based AtomPub format and the JSON format"

official odata website documentation
Link :
https://www.odata.org/documentation/odata-version-2-0/json-format/

in their official example also odata v2 supports json format upon request

i have attached postman screenshot for itpostman image that supports odatav2 json format upon request

is it possible for you to bring that feature in to skyvia odata v2? if yes when will it be available? if no why?
