Package failed: Refresh token has expired

I have an existing package that runs daily. at a scheduled time after everyone logs off it grabs a csv file from box.com and inserts the data into salesforce. It will now not run and the error 'Package failed: Refresh token has expired' is the displayed reason, I have reset the connections by signing into both platforms again. When I ran the package yesterday from the 'run' button it worked fine after the resigning so I reset it to run at a scheduled daily time in the afternoon. When I checked it this morning it is showing the same error and will not run even from when it is ran from the button.

Our developers are working on this issue at the moment.

Meanwhile, please try the following: create a completely new Box connection and use it in your package. Let us know the results in this case.

I have reset the connection to box by creating a new one as instructed. The mannual run works but I will keep an eye on the scheduled run and keep you updated.

The scheduled still does not work.

 

I also tried a mannual run and this also failed with the same "refresh token expired error".

I reset the box connection again it it worked on the mannual run.

Just confirming the same issue is occurring. If at all possible is there any indication of when this might be fixed?

Also if the isses your servers are having, would I be better off to create a new connection with a different storage platform other than the current connection to box.com?

After resetting the box connection the third time, the package now runs on a schedule once again

We have made some changes that should fix this issue. Please let us know if you encounter it again.

NOTE: if you change the password to your Box account this leads to tokens expiration.

Mariia is it happening again, at this rate I will need to reset the connection or create a new one each day. Can you offer any insight as to error with the refresh tokens.

Is it just box.com?

Would we recieve better connectivity with a paid account?

Hi,

 

The current issue is related to the Box connector only. The issue is related to recent changes of Box API in regards to refresh token URLs. We plan to update Skyvia with the fix in 1-2 weeks.

Paid account does not affect this issue. This issue is actual for all Skyvia users.

I will rebuild our automation from a different cloud storage platform which should solve this issue.
