Package Import: Run ID failed - No data imported

Hello,

We have an issue regarding a Skyvia package. Name: F1GR_CUSTOMER-UPDATE-last year

We observe error on the package update. No success rows added / no error rows either.

The last error message is: 'Package failed: Error accessing web service'

Run date: Jan 24, 2023 5:26:04 PM

Run Id: 120658783

Schedule: every month on day 1 at 9:50pm

Account: Platinium Group

Hi,

Thank you for the patience with the request.

 

After a closer look at your situation, we see that you have set up the Batch Size to 1 which might cause the issue. It runs 150k+ records through the entire flow one at a time. 

We recommend increasing the Batch size and run your package again.
