Package Run Failure

I have had a basic package running for almost a year without issue... it syncs our new contacts in Hubspot to Zoho as a lead. It's worked perfect until a few days ago and now every run is failing. I've gone and confirmed that the conneciton to both CRMs is fine, and I've confirmed that each field is mapped correctly. All the log tells me is that it's failing but I have no idea why?

Can someone let me know what the issue may be? Without more information I have no idea how to fix this.

The issue occurs with the Zoho CRM connection, however, we cannot see any additional details for now. Please open your Zoho CRM connection and click the "Clear Cache" button. Run the package. If the issue still exists, please allow us to run this package in the test mode (we will not access your data, your package will be performed with the extended logging).
