Package schedule is not executing

I set a schedule for my package to run every day at midnight (screenshot).  But it has been a few days and it never ran.  Is this a bug?

Thank you for the explanation.  Can you talk on the phone tomorrow?  My billing person wants to ask you questions about this feature before we 'enable' it.
