Packages do not run

What's wrong with Skyvia? All jobs on sunday took about 10 to 12 hours to succeed and none of the the jobs run today. We have a lot of jobs queued for over 10 hours. 

The last few weeks there were a lot of failures in the scheduling. Why don't you inform your users about such issues?
