Hello,

We are facing an inconvenient issue with Skyvia. During random times of the day, packages are promptly started and run quite fast (few seconds) but EVERY time it reaches the top of the hour (12:00am, 1:00am, 3:00pm etc) it takes 10 to 20 minutes to even START (and once it runs, it's super fast again).

What's wrong with that? Can you please fix this issue?

Thank you for contacting Skyvia Support.

 

The packages can stay in queuing for some period of time due to the queue of packages executing at the same time. You can change your schedule time or send us the list of the packages that need to be given a priority so it will take less to stay in the queue. 

 

Note: We're also working on a feature that will be giving the priority according to the account plan.
