Dear Support,

We have received an invoice from you on July 21. Although, we have deleted the account on June 30. Also, when I logged in to the Skyvia Account > Subscription then it showing under free. Could you please let us know the reason the invoice got generated?

For your information, as the solution does not match our requirements thus we have decided not to continue with Skyvia.
