Permission Error on Integrations

Our integration has worked smoothly for a few months, then yesterday we began getting a Permission Denied error on both integration packages. We have not changed our login information for either the source (Salesforce) or the target (an SFTP site).

So I finally figured out that the Folder dropdown on both integrations had been de-selected. Now that I re-selected the correct folder destination, both integrations are working.

Any idea why those would have be de-selected? We did not do that manually.

Hello Kyle! The "Permission Denied" error were related to your SFTP settings. We do not make any changes to packages of Skyvia customers. Most likely, there were some changes made to your SFTP user, folder settings, or your packages on your side.
