Hi,

I would like to export my pricelists to csv. I see you can do the pricebooks. But it does not look like you can export the diffrent prices for each item located in the Associated Price Lists for each item.

Please help

Jake

Hello Jake,

Thank you for contacting our Skyvia Team.

Yes, at the moment, it is impossible to get the information in the form you want (all the details per item separately). However, we have created a request for our developers to implement this. I will post here when it is done.

Best regards,

Mariia

Hello Jake,

We would like to inform you that we have added a new object PricebookItems that corresponds to the PricebookItems field of the Pricebooks object.

Feel free to check this.

Best regards,

Mariia

Hi Skyvia,

I have looked at the new pricebook Items and you are close the pricing is there, but the pricebook name is no and the pricbook item ID / pricebook ID is the same for every item (2187114000001790000). I am hoping you can get the pricebook Name. Thank you for your continued support on this

Hello Jake,

The pricebookName field cannot be added directly to this table as it is not allowed by Zoho Inventory API.  However, you can join this field in the Query or Export package:

Export:

Query:

SELECT PricebookItems.*, Pricebooks_PricebookItems_PricebookId.Name

  FROM PricebookItems

LEFT OUTER JOIN Pricebooks AS Pricebooks_PricebookItems_PricebookId ON PricebookItems.PricebookId = Pricebooks_PricebookItems_PricebookId.Id

and the pricbook item ID / pricebook ID is the same for every item (2187114000001790000)

The data is returned correctly. The behavior you are encountering is related to the way how such values are treated and displayed in Excel. If you open your CSV file in any Text Editor or check it via Skyvia Query Tool, you will see that the data is correct:

Best regards,

Mariia
