There is an automation that runs every day that is working for more or less one month. This automation catches a .csv file from a folder at Google Drive and import this file to an Salesforce database. Usually, this automation goes well, but this problem already appeared two times. Then, when i do manually the run, the process works fine.
The limits of the plan hired are higher than the current amount of records imported/exported, so i don't think this is the problem.
Can someone explain to me why this happened and what can we do to fix it?
