We have a package thar is scheduled to run at 21:00;  GMT -4, however acording to teh log its running at 20:00?

How do I make sense of this?, I have other processes in DB that run at GMT..so I need to be coordinated but based on Local time.

If I schedule to run at 21:00 and Im in GMT -4, I expect it to be running at 1 Am GMT, but apparently its not.

Ej Run ID : 46000526

Please advise.

Dear Rodrigo,

We analyzed the same case on the package with another user and, it seems, the root cause is similar in both cases.

After the October 25th, when there was a changeover to winter time, we began to incorrectly display the launch time of the package, but it is launched correctly.

Skyvia stores the time of package execution in UTC and when showing it in users' accounts, it is recalculated to users' local time.

So, most likely, in your case a timezone of the package schedule is different than a timezone of your browser.

We are looking forward to hearing from you, should you have any questions.
