Queued Job

Hi Skyvia Support,


I have one job stuck in a 'queued' state for the past 2 1/2 hrs. This job normally takes under 7 seconds to import and has only failed once over the past 90 days. The file exist in the File Storage repo. Can you please help. The Run ID is 54595595.


All my other Import packages successfully ran this morning. This was the latest/last import scheduled for the day.

Hello Jay

We are sorry for the inconvenience with this. After last Skyvia update there was some abnormal use of api which led to overuse of the system resources. We've upscaled some of our VMs.

The issue is fixed. Now your packages should work without any issues.
