Every week, my weekly scheduled package's QuickBooks connector fails. I manually login and then it runs fine.    This has started happening a few weeks ago after working every week for several months. Is there any way I can get it to remember the login?

Hello Andrew,

Thank you for contacting us!

QuickBooks changed its policy regarding refresh tokens this January, despite the fact that it's not explicitly stated in their documentation.

Now refresh tokens not just "can be changed every 24 hours" (like it is stated here)  but are changed for sure if used. QuickBooks server revokes old token and provides new token which can't be captured by Skyvia in the latest API response.

We raised a ticket with our developers to investigate the issue.

Once there are any details, we will let you know.

Best regards,

Hello Andrew,

New version of Skyvia has been released today.

The issue with QuickBooks refresh tokens should be fixed.

We are looking forward to hearing from you, if you require any further assistance.
