Quickbooks Token Issue

Hi, I'm having trouble with a QuickBooks connection where I am receiving a OData: request failed: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. (Refresh Token is not specified).

The connection has been working in the past and typically needs a refresh once a month, but after refreshing the connector is still not working. 

In using a Direct Connection with Quickbooks and a OData Endpoint.

I'm needing to run a report asap.
