Receiving Errors in the Backup of our HubSpot Data

We have successfully set up the integration between Skyvia and Hubspot and I set up a backup job to capture all of our HubSpot data.  This works however we have been getting a few errors.   Within the Contacts and Deals data sets we receive the error "Input string was not in a correct format."   This is a concern as it does not appear to be backing up this data and we definitely need it to do so.

Within the files dataset wer receive the error "The remote server returned an error:  (404) Not Found."

Please advise on how to fix these errors.

"Input string was not in a correct format."

Please perform these steps:

- create new Export package with HubSpot connection as a source;
- add new task, select Contacts table;
- select all the columns for export;
- add new task, select Deals table;
- select all the columns for export;
- save the package and run it;

If errors are reproducible with this package, please allow us to run it in the debug mode for more investigation.

"The remote server returned an error:  (404) Not Found."

Please open Query Tool, select your HubSpot connection and try querying the data from the Files table. What is the result?

Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you for your reply and the information provided.   I have run the export package as described and both receive the same error stating "Input string was not in a correct format.)  See attached screenshot.   Please feel free to run this export in debug mode in order to investigate further.

Contacts and Deals Export Result

I also ran a query against the files table and it was able to pull data successfully.  If you look at the second attached screenshot, you can see that the results listed filenames of files within that table.  So there is data there, it's simply not getting backed up as it shows that Not Found error within the backup job as referenced earlier.

Let me know what I can do next to assist with troubleshooting.

Thanks!

Hello Mariia,

Has any progress has been made with getting these errors corrected?  It's been a couple weeks without an update.

Please let me know.

Thanks!

"Input string was not in a correct format."

We have investigated the issue. This error is not related to Skyvia. Additional logging showed the reason of the error: columns ('Prospect Stage', 'Enrollment', 'Implementation Discount Dollars') contain text data, although the type of these columns is double (or numeric). I.e., previously, these columns were with the text type, and then their data type was changed to numeric, but the data remains old and the following error occurs while retrieving it.

Best regards,

Mariia
