I don't remember ever seeing that "refresh" box.... is that new? can you please let us know about product updates in the future? I use this program at least 3-4x a day and depend on it for business sensitive decisions.

Still getting TimeOut Exceptions. I haven't been able to use this software all week. The billing system has no problems, however.

We have reproduce the ReferenceError: "model" is not defined. error. I will inform you when it is fixed.

As for Timeout error, please specify whether you are getting this error in Query Tool?
