How do I refresh without losing all the work I've done on my sheet? If I update a field Hubspot, the data in excel doesn't change even when choosing data/refresh in Excel. If I go into the adding and refresh it takes out everything and starts over fresh.

Where do you perform refresh? On the Excel Data tab?
If yes, it is not correct.
Data should be refreshed on the Skyvia Query menu - select Refresh:
