Refresh of excel addin data from Hubspot

How do I refresh without losing all the work I've done on my sheet? If I update a field Hubspot, the data in excel doesn't change even when choosing data/refresh in Excel. If I go into the adding and refresh it takes out everything and starts over fresh.

Could you please elaborate on your scenario?

 

Where do you perform refresh? On the Excel Data tab?  

 


If yes, it is not correct.  

 

Data should be refreshed on the Skyvia Query menu - select Refresh:  

 


If this is not the case, please send us the exact steps you follow for us to be able to reproduce the scenario on our end.

As I said, I refresh from the addin. It then clears my formatting, sorts, etc. Makes it not useful.

Can you please send us a step-by-step scenario with screenshots (or a video) when a refresh from the Excel Add-in clears your formatting and sorting so we can reproduce the issue on our end?
