Replication from ActiveCampaign to Bigquery stopped working properly

Hi Skyvia support team,

This package started behaving strange since Mar 23.

 

In particular, the runtime from average ~30min before 3/23 has became 16hours, 24 hours, etc per run after 3/23.

Most importantly, the ContactTags table specifically has failed since 3/25 showing Object error (e.g. The remote server returned an error: (590).).

 

Moreover, starting today 4/1, four tables ContactTags, Contacts, ContactCustomFieldValues, Tags has stopped functioning with same error message (e.g. Object error).

 

An immediate support would be much appreciated since this is part of the live production running for producing a client facing dashboard.

We have received an update from our technical team.

Having checked the settings of the packages, we noticed that the issue occurs in the ContactTags object. 

We recommend that you create two packages - one excluding ContactTags object and the second one including the ContactTags object. Other settings should be exactly the same. Once both packages are completed, let us know what is the result and provide us with the package links you created so we can further investigate and define the root cause of the issue.
