I need assitance. For context I am using the Skyvia replication feature and have questions about why I am missing data in the replcation.  some reason the skyvia application will NOT replicate over rows of data that are Active = false    As you see below the data exists in the skyvia cloud database but not in postgres database where I did the replication. in fact NONE of the Active = false members replcated over as you see in my 3rd screen shot below. Basically in your replication it does NOT exist for some reason. I need an answer on this ASAP as we have an initivtive where we need to capture all this zendesk data.

Hello Andrew,

Thank you for contacting Skyvia Support.

Standard Zendesk API does not return archived tickets. A ticket goes to archived 120 days after it is closed.

However, Skyvia supports Incremental Export API for Zendesk tickets that allows reading archived tickets: https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/ticketing/ticket-management/incremental_exports/#incremental-ticket-export

In order to be able to use this feature, open your Zendesk connection and select the "Incremental Export" checkbox.

We also recommend you to check this topic in our documentation https://docs.skyvia.com/connectors/cloud-sources/zendesk_connections.html#incremental-export-api

Best regards,

Mariia
