Request for Subscription refresh for testing

I would like to request a subscription request for this account because it's already reached the maximum limit of records, so we can test on running the packages again in our SQL data.

As we can see in your account with email [email protected] currently there is no reached limits.

Could you please clarify whether you mean any another account you need subscription for or why do you think you've reached your limit?

Can you check for the account [email protected]? This is my boss who has the skyvia account. I am just the software developer.

Hello Leo.

Thank you for you reply.

We cannot find any Skyvia account under the [email protected] email address. 

However we found Alexander as Administrator of your Account ID 64222 with email [email protected], please confirm if this is correct.

As you can see on screenshot attached, there are also no any reached limits for this user. Looks like limit was reset on July 17, as part of the monthly Plan update. Limit reset date for this Account is 17th each month.

Could you please check from your side and let us know if system will warn about reaching the record limit again.
